W Rotoclone
The W Rotoclone is a wet
fan collector manufactured by American Air Filter International.
The new W Rotoclone shown is a size 20 and the older unit is a size
36 The application is capturing ink and fine paper dust from printing
machine.
DSHAY Air Systems provided unit selection, ductwork sizing and
drawing for installation by local contractors.
This project was a
Unit Installation in Schenectady, New York using an American Air Filter
Arrestall Model AR 6-25 rated for 9000 CFM with a 25 HP Fan
Clamp Together
Ductwork from Kirk & Blum.
This project collects a
combination of graphite/ fiberglass dust for grinding, sanding and cutting
operations using three separate collectors.
Dust drops to Rotary air
locks and each collector has a separate ground mount backward inclined fan.
This dust collector
systems was designed by DSHAY Air Systems and was delivered to a large
paper mill in Chicago. The America Air Filter Type M Fabripulse collector is
used for collecting paper cuttings from The RollRazor which is cutting 4'
diameter rolls of paper. The Paper dust and strips is then collected into a
rotary air lock and transported to compactor via a material handling fan.
